Without creating any NOTES field save Notes & share it with multiple related record in salesforce.

Let's begin todays topic,

Step 01:

Open Setup >> Search & Open "Notes Settings" & enable its checkbox true.


Step 02:

After that just open object on which you want to add Notes  & add it under related list of Page layout you are currently using.

Now when you open that object record under related list you can add Note. (This hold many advantages see below of page.)


➡ Feature:

1. Easy to use

2. View same Note under multiple objects related list. (by using 'Add to Records' option)

2. We can share notes with Users / Groups

3. Manage Notes view access security.


➡ Limitations:

1. Text styles not available

2. Text coloring & resizing not available.
